As clarification, no, I did not compile the CD. That was another member of the subculture (and given as there's only four it should be easy to work out who it wasn't). I do not compile CDs, I have a tape deck. Ergo, here is the tape.

I know you like them, but does it actually fit?
Art Brut, writers of the lyrics "All my friends think I'm insane/ I'm still in love with my old flame/ I want schoolkids on buses singing your name/ I'm still in love with Emily Kane" (a girl who dumped him ten years ago) not being pseudo bohemian losers? Specifically "Moving to LA" being ridiculously daydreamy and written with a rhyming dictionary ("I thinl I've got it sorted/ I'm going to get myself deported") Given that they pretty much embody the spirit of the subculture, yes, they do fit. With what else would you take issue

Yep. Four. Wow. The fact that you know three of them personally makes it slightly less exciting, but it is double our membership in July.
K and TTS haven't joined. Nor did they co-found the subculture.
